I am a creative marketer, with a serious demand generation mindset. I am a firm believer in telling the brand story in a hard-hitting and fearless way, while also creating concrete pathways for customer acquisition. At the end of the day, pipeline matters: not just open pipeline, but actual won revenue. I also come with deep experience in social media marketing, with a specialized second MA in Social Media Culture and Society from the University of Westminster. Tapping into platform virality and cultivating a large social media fanbase is my forte! An Example? I introduced an entirely new discipline at Fetch Rewards in the June of 2021 - Executive Social Media: scaled executive social media presence for the CEO, Wes Schroll, from ground 0 to 559K on Instagram + verification, 25K on Twitter, and 80K on YouTube - in under 5 months. My hustle? I have worked with companies of different sizes and scale, with varied series of funding, and employee footfall of 13K, 20, 800 and 1000, respectively. I’ve always had to be creative, scrappy, and resourceful, focused on solving hyper specific problems on limited resources. This grind has helped me acquire a wise array of cross functional marketing skills to MAKE MAGIC HAPPEN: organic social, paid social, email marketing, influencer marketing, creating gated content, podcasting, marketing automation/ CRM - Marketo, Salesforce etc. I’ve had to be nimble, and after having worked with high-growth startups, I have permanently acquired a debugging mindset – I want to fix it, make it better, and fix it some more. Lastly, I am someone who is proactive about finding new ways to diversify my skillset, and mollycoddle my entrepreneurial spirit: The Lavender Fix podcast is a byproduct of that learning spirit. The podcast underscores stories of perseverance and resilience from real people with real experiences, and my passion project has given me the opportunity to interview mavens like the former executive head chef at the White House, and also the lead cast of the Netflix show, Indian Matchmaking. ✓ Always in research mode, I take a keen interest in offbeat content creation, particularly in video format ✓ Who am I in a line?
